The Ashdod Foundation, established by Dr. Arieh Azoulay during his tenure as Mayor of Ashdod, has been operating under his leadership since 1984. The foundation has made significant contributions to the development of Ashdod, particularly in the fields of culture, arts, education, and welfare.

As I assume the role of Chairman, I sincerely appreciate Dr. Arieh Azoulay’s invaluable contribution to Ashdod. Today, Ashdod is one of the largest cities in Israel, and it is expected to grow even further. There is no doubt that it will become one of the largest cities in the country.

Our goal is to raise awareness of Ashdod and work towards significantly increasing the volume of donations to the city from both Israel and around the world.

I hope that my fellow board members and I will succeed in this mission, ensuring the continued development of culture, arts, and education in the city.
